Flexibility by innovation | The market is continuously demands more and more effi cient and versatile machines for working pipe ends. Basically, there already are several machines based on very different concepts that try to meet the requirements of the customer. However, what is a benefi t for one is a liability for another. Rosenberg AG has found THE solution – the forming machine multiFORMER | RU8-12-18.
Creation of value by precise technology. These days, technical feasibility is provided by servo-electric
drives, because, unlike the hydraulically driven tools „dully“ moving to and fro, they are capable of negotiating
complex ramps. The multiFORMER is no mere further development and fusion of the earlier Rosenberger
models RU8-12 and RU18, but rather a completely new machine concept that merges the advantages of the
earlier models and, on top of that, benefi ts from the experience and fi ndings of customers gathered over many
years.
A unique fi rst in the world is the compact construction and the design of the machine with vertical alignment of the tools (maximum 16, also multiple rotation tools) and the complete avoidance of hydraulics, which signifi cantly reduces the machine‘s footprint and makes it easily transportable. The machine is available as standalone, manually operated variant, as master machine and as fully automatic forming device. With its robot connection, the machine can be optimally integrated and fl exibly deployed in a fully automated set-up.
